specialist Auto Insure
We are pleased to announce that Auto Insure Pte Ltd has successfully concluded a merger and acquisition (M & A) with Century Motors (Singapore) Private Limited on 13th January 2023.
Following this transaction, the legal entity Century Motors (Singapore) Private Limited, with UEN 192800002R, will assume ownership of the Auto Insure trademark and carry forward out automotive business under the Auto Insure brand name.
However, it is important to note that Asure Auto Pte Ltd will cease all automotive repair services as of 12th January 2023 at 23:59 hrs.
Nevertheless, we will continue our finance operations during this transition period to finalize all outstanding accounts payable and receivable matters.
We enclosed our Banking details with changes made to entity name, address and contact for your necessary actions;
